Wondering what exactly causes gray strands in your hair? Researchers from UKs Bradford University recently held a study and revealed that oxidative stress can cause hydrogen-peroxide build up in the hair bulb. This appears to be a cause for gray hair. On my recent trip to Paris, I literally had like 1.5 hours of free time… and of course I spent it browsing the stores on Rue Faubourg St. Honore. When I passed the Michel Perry shop, I stopped in my tracks! They had a super cool display of Essie nailpolishes that coordinated with their shoes! Such a cute idea!
The first time I ever wore my super-strappy Loeffler Randall shoes, I got such such such bad blisters and cuts–it looked like I had put my feet into a bowl full of razor blades. Seriously. Each of the shoes’ (many) straps totally tore up my feet. Yikes! The next time I wore the shoes, I put small (and invisible!) pieces of Nexcare’s Flexible Clear Tape on the problem areas… Problem solved! Try it yourself, it’s a lifesaver!
