Why detox you ask? Well for thousands of years, man knew that detoxify the body is useful means of mental well-being, the spiritual and physical restoration. The original way to detox the body was simply go without food. In Western culture, most are familiar with the biblical description of Jesus that is forty days and nights fasting in the desert. This theme of fasting for mental and spiritual clarity is quite pronounced throughout the Bible, but in some recent times the principle has been adapted and refined. In fact many now argue that due to environmental conditions that humans now exist in the old ways simply aren ‘t enough.
