Though by now we all know that sunscreen should be every girl’s #1 summer product, we’re all human and the occasional burn is inevitable. And so long as you don’t wind up looking like Kim Kardashian in that terrifying photo, it’s excusable. And with summer fun finally kicking up, I turned to facialist guru Sharon Decker for her tips on how to avoid feeling the burn.

Viltiligo is a skin disorder where white patches appear on different parts of the body. The patches occur because the skin is unable to manufacture the pigment melanin in certain areas. The exact cause is unknown but some research has found that the natural remedy Ginkgo Biloba could help get rid of the patches or prevent the condition getting worse.

This post is a tribute to a wonderful dear person, music legend - Michael Jackson. The news that Michael has passed away the night of 25th broke my heart.I didn’t expect I would feel so much sadness and pain as I have not been an active fan for many years already. But Michael has been a very big part of my life when I was a teenager and since then there was always a place in my heart that

And the best part, you can buy it for only $49.99 at remington-store.com!

Previously I posted about sun damage and increased chance of cancer if you start abusing sun and solariums early on. I have to say I am so happy my family did not have enough money to go on vacations when I was little. Thanks God! I had only one chance to turn my fair skin into the color of dark chocolate. I shudder when I look at the photos my smile has never been so shiny white! You are

Add this to the category of far-fetched product claims that are actually true: Blinc’s run-proof, smudge-proof, flake-proof, water-resistant mascara. Rather than coat your lashes with a thick layer of paint, this wonder-formula creates tiny water resistant “tubes” around your eyelashes. Having tried about a billion mascaras all promising miracles, I was skeptical. But surprise, surprise, Blinc delivered. My lashes look fresh and glossy all day, even making it through a hot-yoga class. And at night, with a little warm water and some gentle pressure, the “tubes” slide right off. Amazing!

With June being the first ever National Acne Awareness Month, it’s the perfect time to share some recent findings from a study conducted by the American Acne & Rosacea Society (AARS) and Dr. Eva Ritvo, a psychiatrist and co-author of The Beauty Prescription. “As a psychiatrist, I’ve had a longstanding interest in beauty and how the perception of beauty can impact how people feel about themselves and one another,” says Ritvo. “Two of the biggest things to impact teens’ psyche are weight/body issues and acne, so I thought it would be interesting to conduct an image-based study quantifying exactly how acne can alter others’ perception of teens.”
